My grandma paid to have new oil put in here car at a Jiffy Lube once and they flushed all the old oil out... never out new oil in. And then denied it. Don't go to Jiffy Lube.

Keep in mind that this doesn't happen at all places. I work at a Saturn dealership (moving into sales Oct 2nd, Mon... WOOHOO!!!) in the service department... doesn't happen here.
