Stealers

I just came back from my first complimentary oil change. If the first maintenance was not free, the cost was $149.99 +13.87 tax . That's too much just for an oil change that last 4000 miles.
My BMW was free maintenance but with $175 oil change would last me 12000 to 15000 miles. This leads me to think the cost of ownership would be the same.
Next time, the oil change will be a Nissan dealer.
The stealers are good.

Is this 7500 service? I dont think oil change alone would cost that much, even for them

the price has to be for other services.. highest ive seen inifinit charge for just a regular oile change(non synthetic) is $42 USD..

but if u do account for all ur regular services vs bmw's 4 year no service fee program... the costs of owning each vehicle isnt that much different... its the non routine maintenance is where the difference would be

its probably a service, not an oil change.

uh...don't they give you a work order and the estimate for you to sign before they start working on it?

Shoot...your service advisor is treating himself to a 32 oz prime rib dinner right about now.

Nope, was just an oil change. But my first and was free. I wouldn't pay $150 for an oil change that last 4000 miles. Thanks would ask a quote next time at the stealers.
