Miles to expect on delivery.

I'm getting my G in May as it is still in Japan and was wondering how many miles I should expect upon delivery. It's supposed to be fresh off the boat, so I'm thinking may be I can expect like 2 miles on it?

The lowest I've seen so far was 1.6 miles on my uncle's Toyota Prius, which he bought early this year.

Why not post your miles? It should help people to pound on Dealers for excessive mileages. lol

I remember when my father-in-law used to work for the Crown Victoria factory in Canada. He used to tell me that they couldn't sell the car as new if it had greater than 50 km on it at delivery. He said that sometimes the executives were asked to drive a new one home for the night to make sure that everything was OK (obviously given that it was less than 50 km roundtrip).

The absolute max should be no more than 12-15. Cars are no longer driven from dealership to dealership but are flatbeded, at least here in Florida due to liability issues.

Not true here. They still drive them back and forth if it is less than about 150 miles or so (at least I've never heard of one being driven further than that)

That is going to be the first thing I check when mine arrives. I ordered one and am paranoid that it will arrive and they will use it as a demo before giving it to me.
