G35 vs. Other Options??
I had a Corvette that turned into a mechanical nightmare. I wanted to replace it with something sporty, preferably with a back seat for the munchkin. The G35 coupe is the only thing I considered based upon looks, features, and reliability.
I had a ~77 280Z 2+2, not sure about the year, could have been a '76. Bronze with black louvers on the hatch, 4 speed. My dad drove it for a couple of years and gave it to me while I was in college.
Test drive each of the cars that you wanted and decide what works for you. All i can say is although the G35 coupe has small trunk and a heavy clutch, I still get it over 325i of the same year because of performance and styling....

to be honest it was between this an an sti. not exactly in the same category but i still wonder if i would have preferred the sti considering the way i drive and my first winter (like yesterday for all you east coasters).
My G is my first ride ever :P (since I'm only 16)... aren't i lucky. I was lookin into used mustangs and other cheaper cars, but I found my 05' G coupe with only 39k miles for a decent price and I pounced on that tiger =].
