Pics of the damage? There's not a lot of options with a urathane bumper. The bumper is very good for resisting bumps and scrapes but when you slam it, it splits and seperates. I have the same issue and I'm looking at replacing my bumper.

Sorry to say it, but it looks like its new bumper time.......Are you planning on going thru your insurance? Or, did you plan on fixing it out of your own pocket.

You have many options, you can replace it with the factory OEM bumper, or you could look into aftermarket bumpers to modify the stock look.....

If your planning on OEM replacement, I suggest you contact Jason@riverside Infiniti, he's a sponsor on this site, and He can get you a price w/shipping....I think shipping is almost as much as the bumper though

Or, if you plan on aftermarket, you can PM Klumzyee on this forum as well, he deals in replica bumpers, and I'm sure he will have something you may be interested in.....

Either way, Good Luck with your repairs......

Sorry my fault for not clicking your link to see the pics. I'll let somoene more more body shop experience weigh in on repair costs or if it can be fixed. A new sport bumper will cost about $300 and another $200 to paint. At least those were my quotes to replace my exisiting bumper. You might be better off with a new bumper but let the experts on the forum chime in on whether a repair is feasible.

Ouch......!

I might cost more to fix that bumper than to replace it. Shame we live so
far apart since I have a almost new bumper/oem lip sitting in my garage for
sale. (pickup in Ca only) Good luck!

Sorry it's just weird to see. We don't really have bugs out here and that never happens. An occasional windshield strike maybe but nothin like that
