Anyone have problems with VDC after a drop?

I noticed this about a week ago. I recently dropped my car on tein cs coilovers.
when i start my car the VDC is working.. but after about 20 mins of driving, the VDC OFF and slip lights come on- indicating its not working. I looked in the owners manual and it said aftermarket suspension can cause it to not work.. but i never hear anyone on this forum saying that.. anyone else have problems after a drop?

Could be your brakes or brake fluid. Did you change your wheel/tire set up as well? If so could be that as well. I'm not sure how a change in suspension would effect the VDC.

have you done a proper alignment since then? chances are this is the reason, thats exactly what my car did up until I got an alignment after my drop.

This is good to know down the road for future reference, though after my drop on my Cusco Zero2's, never had VDC/SLIP light issues prior to getting alignment

If tire dia from front to rear is off enough, have heard this condition happeneing due to sensors thinking it's slipping from different rotation totals/miles.

VDC works best with a ***STOCK*** car.

any suspension/tire/wheel mods will make it work not as good as on a stock car.

and even if you turn the VDC off, if your alignment is off enough or you have a weird *** tire and wheel combo the YAW sensor will start activating your brakes too. That happened to me.

I had to pull the fuse for the ABS up front to turn off the ABS in order to drive it to the alignment shop. Once I had the alignment I put the fuse back in and turned on the VDC and everything worked like stock.
