Door and Window Trim Problem/Question

The weatherstripping trim between my window and door on my 2004 G35 Coupe keeps slipping off when the window goes up. Do I need to replace it or can I fix that myself? I've tried spray adhesive to no avail.

Another question regarding trim. How much does it cost to replace the colored weatherstripping UNDER the door? It is slowly ripping off.

the colored weatherstripping under the door will always start to come off... iv replaced mine 3 times since iv had my G... it was replaced under warranty... sorry im not sure on the price
