G's are problematic i read?? TRUE OR NOT??

My 2005 G35 Coupe automatic has 24K miles and has zero problems. The 19" tires wear out quickly and are expensive, but that is it for me. It's so much fun to drive and is reliable.
I agree that forums tend to focus on problems, especially after the model is out of production. I trust Consumer Reports for car reliability because it's based on so many surveys.
