Question Loud right rear poping noise.

Hi everybody,
I need your help with figuring out how to fix this annoying noise. I have a 05 G35 coupe with the sports package and auto transmission. Since I bought the car I get this very annoying popping noise from the right of the rear parcel shelf frame. I got my mechanic and the dealership to check it out and they both confirmed the noise but could not eliminate it (its not the axle). They tightened the sub frame, tightened the sun roof bolts, replaced the sway bar end links, and replaced the rear shocks. Nothing helped and the noise is still there. It is usually the loudest when driving around 30-45 MPH, but can happen any time and its not as bad on the freeway going around 60-70 MPH. it’s usually cause by small bumps on the road. It seems like the car’s frame is actually twisting when moving. I heard some people had solved it by separating some panels? Any suggestions, previous experiences, fixes, or actual photos of what might cause it? Any help is highly appreciated.
Thank’s

try tightening rear seat brackets.

There is a TSB for rear parcel shelf – but IIRC that’s more of a creak than pop… I think your sound cold be loose bolt(s) for the seat – it’s a known problem too…

I have tightened the rear seat bolts and I have previously removed the rear parcel shelf. The sound was still there and was coming directly from the inside of the right area frame where the welds are. if you ever look underneath the parcel shelf you will find a metal plates where all the parcel hangs on plus a square large brace (almost like a square poll to which the frame connects and the rear seat locks on the hook. that's where the noise is coming from) Its only on the right side. I have tried to tighten the brace bolts but the noise was still there and the brace wasn’t moving.

I noticed a new interesting fact today. I was driving on the San Mateo Bridge going 65-70 MPH and even hit couple bumps, but during the whole time not one noise. As soon As I got off the bridge ramp into the freeway the noise immediately came back. I am not sure if it was just a coincidence or the bridge is softer, but it's kind of weird!
