does infiniti offer free loaner cars for warranty service?

im trying to get an oil leak checked, those seals that the window rubs against on the door are starting to wear down and let water in, and possibly get my seats replaced because they are starting to tear. do yall think they will lend me a loaner car for free?

As long as you make the appointment far enough in advance so they can have one available for you it should be no problem.

I don't think you have a choice. My dealer only had '08 G35x's and '08 EX35's....although fully loaded with NAV and other higher end features.

I got an '08 EX35. It sucked

Even so, most dealer loaners are practical cars since the majory of infiniti drivers are 30+ years old with a family.

So i don't think too many dealers will have a coupe you can use as a loaner.

Although next time i go in for warranty work (i have something else i need fixed), i'm gonna ask for a G35 sedan as I HATED my EX35 loaner

I get mine for free. I also have a really cool service advisor. He grew up in a shop, his dad is a mechanic, and he loves to work on cars. Installed a turbo and a lot of other mods on his F250 himself. So he understands the mod bug. He's been a great help to me. A lot of people have complained about Austin Infinity and their service dept., but I'm not one of them.
