return money.. that would be a maybe too...

I understand that the part was used. But please, explain to me how a pipe gets cracked and black residue comes out of a crack while in the shipping process...it doesn't.

Ah cracked DURING SHIPMENT?! How come there's exhaust soot though the cracked area? duh.

If the product is damaged (and you will KNOW if it's cracked as the sound will definately suffer), then say so IN THE AD. Don't sell DAMAGED goods as undamaged.

Lesson Learned....local pickup only!

Wait a minute, you bought these test pipes used and paid what you consider a high price. When you received the pipes one had a crack, and you did have it welded....correct so far? Why not install them and enjoy the increase in power? Lesson learned, don't buy anything you can't pickup locally so you can see the condition. You're only hurting yourself by paying shipping since you're not going to enjoy the purchase. WTF KEEP 'EM!

You are correct. I just got done putting them on. I really had no choice but to keep them. I wasn't going to ship them back to someone who was dishonest in the first place and trust him with both my money and the pipes. They do sound pretty good though.

^I now know that. I did search a little bit and found they were like 170-180. Then I seen a sponsor selling them for 140 shipped...by the time I seen that it was too late.

The bad news: Caveat Emptor. Buyer beware. It's a used part, and even if it does have a very minor crack, it's easily fixed. Quit your crying. There were no guarantees, and while he should have mentioned it, you also should have asked about their condition.

The good news: If he said they were Megan and they weren't, you've got a legitimate case and you could file a complaint with Paypal. It's simple, he didn't send you what you thought you were paying for. You paid for Megan and got T-Pro.

Reality: You should have done your homework before sending someone money.
