BEWARE of user MALIY06!!!!!

bought his test pipes. I now know I paid way to much for them. It took a week for him to ship them and when I got them, one was cracked. Mods, please move this to the best spot where the most people can see it. Here is a little part of our PM's on My350z.com:

ME:
hahahah good try dude. your welds are cracked!!!!! You are going to return my money.. Your **** pipes will be shippped back to you on monday...and I keep my word when I say Im going to do something

HIM:
i never welded them i bought them like this and i am selling like this, they were almost new when i bought them, and they worked perfectly for me, and like i said i will give you my money back when i will receive my test pipes back with all the bolts and gaskets that i sent you with the test pipes,

ME:
I opened the claim because the length of time that it took for the seller to ship our the product. I finally got the product 2 weeks after payment, and it was cracked. I never would have purchased the items if I knew that one of them was cracker...especially for the price I paid. Seller "says" he will refund my money once the pipes are shipped back to him. I don't think that it is fair for me to have to pay $18 to ship them back when I wouldn't have boughten them if he was truthful in the first place. I also don't know if I trust him.

I also want the shipping costs that I have to pay reembursed to me as well. If you would have been honest and said there was a crack, I never would have purchased them for this price. Also, nice to see you were selling them for $120 on G35 driver. If you do not agree to the above, we can do one other thing. You give me $40 back and I keep the pipes. You know just as well as I do you will not get $120 or the $130 you screwed me over for for cracked pipes. If you don't agree to any of these, Then I will just let pay pal decide what to do.

HIM:

im not paying you for the shipping, lol, and im definetely not selling you anything more, because you know yourself that these test pipes are not cracked, lol, i used them and they were totally fine, if you want the money back that you paid ill give it to you once i will receive the test pipes,

Here is a picture that he sent me before I paid for them. If you look closley, you can see the crack by the resonator:

Here is a picture of it when I got them:

Now please tell me that the pipe was not cracked before he shipped it? Get real.

The crack is now fixed, and I know I should have researched more before I by over priced used items.

i think he's got the point..
Afterall, its a USED part you bought. Could get damaged during shipping.
If I was in his position, I wouldn't pay for shipping either.
return money.. that would be a maybe too...

You said it is fixed now but you still want ur money back? You will not get shipping back. Suck it up. Seems like seller didnt really do anything wrong except maybe a little slow.

Well he did send you pictures before he sent you them. You should have looked closely. Most used purchases online are as-is, unless the seller offers a return policy.

Things like this happen all the time. Eithers the seller is dishonest or the test pipes were cracked during shipping. I doubt paypal will re-imburse you. Doesn't hurt to try.

Good Luck

Yeah im not really seeing a crack. That weld pictured looks okay.

And your buying a used part, you were expecting a new item. If you buy used, guess what your getting, USED.
