while taking a sharp corner all of a sudden my music and my dash lights all turned off.... i was like wtf??? so i pulled over to take a look i turned of the car and back on and nothing???. i reset the ecu by taking the positive on the battery off and when i started it again it was all good every thing worked.. then i went get food an hour later and same thing over again by this time it was dark. so i drove home without any gauge cluster lights and no stereo and the a/c turns it self onn and u cant turn it off. ive tried everything but this time it wont come back to life what could be the problems???

 

This happened to me as well, and I think it has turned out to be a fairly common problem.

2003, g35 coupe, ive tried everything the cluster lights dont work, the stero wont turn on, the a/c wont turn off so i dunno what to do

 

I had the same thing happen to me...
I just hit the side of the console with my fist...and everything came back...
It was really hot outside, and my car had been sitting all day, when it happened to me...

I experienced the exact same problems this past summer and spent over a month trying to figure out what was wrong. However, i found an ebay seller who fixes and permenately repairs this problem. My lights on the center head unit would turn on and off and my A/C would get stuck, but ever since i had Jon and Kent at their shop make the repair to the audio finisher board i have yet to see any flickers of the HU lights or problems with the A/C and CD player.
I live in San Diego and it wasn't a big deal for me to drive up to their shop location in Los Angeles county which is where they made the modification to the circuit board. I believe they are only available by appointment, but i know they do accept mail orders. Here is there ebay name " xw1600 ". Try searching for them on ebay and contact them that way or directly to their business e-mail address at " xw1600@yahoo.com ".

I couldn't be more thankful for them repairing my stereo and A/C and i highly recommend they fix it then the infiniti stealership.
