Daniel, since you have an '05 with the revup motor the largest HP gains can be achieved by getting a MotorDyne MREV2 & 5/16" Iso Thermal Spacer. With your intake and exhaust you should net 20 HP and 30 lb-ft torque. That is the best bang for your $. Gary

Plenum spacer and MREV2 or a lower plenum from a stock non revup works.

^+1 if you have the 6MT, since you reside in Oregon if it snows you need the copper spacer

mrev2 and spacer you are looking at $800 not $500.

I thought about that combo myself but if i am going to spend that i might as well spend a bit more and get this:

He lives in Gresham, just outside Portland. Portland's weather is alot like Seattle's, i.e. it rarely goes below freezing, maybe 5-10 days a year, and many of those days nobody drives because of the ice. He might get a little colder being farther inland in Gresham, and a little higher in elevation, but the difference will be minor. OP, you could probably get by fine with either just the spacer or the spacer and coolant control valve.

Now there's a waste of your hard earned $.... If when he gets the MREV2 + Spacer and HFC's along with his current set up then a tune would be worthwhile....but not until!

Buy 500 dollars worth of stickers.
that should net a good 100-250HP depending on placement.

I live in Maple Valley WA which is about 30 SE of Seattle and we do get some snow mainly in January and February but I'm just going by what Motordyne recommends

It's good advice, that's why I have the Copper ISO. But now that it's summer, I'd also like the flexibility of the coolant control valve. I just bought the parts to make my own, but haven't installed it yet. This way I can have all the benefits of the Copper ISO in the winter and an unheated throttle body in the summer.

you can pick up 16hp w/a tune from stock... re-tune's only $150 after the initial tune. if he's on a budget and wants gains now it's an option and why would he get HFC's when he said he's catless already???
