I did. However, I can not file a claim with Paypal, since it is beyond their 45 days. I have contacted my CC company again to see if we can re-open the dispute.

Also, keep in mind that I started this transaction back in May. That was before the post about Mike's bad transaction.

Thanks for all the support, guys!!

Easy, now. There's no need for that. I'm doing everything I can, through my CC company, Paypal (I emailed them, since they won't let me file a dispute after 45 days), and I'm still in contact with Mike.

I'd like to keep everything as civilized as possible.

If it comes to it, a judge will make him give me money.

^ Wow your a nice guy, I totally agree with Shasta Mcnasty, sometimes so far deep in it doesn't even matter about the money anymore, its the principal, if its too hard for you to get the cash in paper go get your moneys worth off him. Gosh I hope someone buys another product from him and asks to pick it up locally and go handle it! Damn shady shiet, I sold so many things here on driver and handled deals up to 5k+ and everything went smooth. I don't even know how people come to their senses to do these kinds of things. Damn like someone said, the things people do to get money, this transaction wasn't even a hustle, he just straight punked someone in a way. O.P I hope you get your money back atleast or get something out of it to your pleasure, sad to see people still doing this now and days on such a notorious website.

^Exactly, and he knew what he was doing the whole entire time and then when you ask to get your money back, its already been "spent". What kind of crap is that? For all the time he had to get this right, he sure messed up.

+1.. I'd gladly spend another 7K just to give him a 10K beating.
