Will a set of Tein CS coilovers make ride quieter

I currently have the Z spring and shocks and I suspect that is why the ride a bit noisy especially on the freeway and having the 19in wheels are not helping. I wonder if I replace them with a set of Tein Comfort Sport coil overs will quiet down the ride.

Short answer: no.

I think camber kits and setting your car as close to 0 all around, with some quality tires (that are known to be quiet) is the best route you can go... This is just my opinion, but I think others will at least partially agree.

+1...you have a better chance of having a quieter ride by changing your tires. what tires are you running?

Springs or Coilovers have nothing to do with "noise!" Closely check how your tires are wearing, are the insides of your tires worn? You may need a camber kit and new tires.

Thanks for the responses. The tires are 19' Nitto INVO which do have quite a bit of wear. I'd say there are about 20 -30% treads left. I run 245/40 on the rear and 245/35 on the front.

By the way, which tires would you recommend?

a quiet ride will most directly be influenced by your tires. a low profile will make it even worse.

stiff suspension can bring about "suspension crash" which resonates the entire cabin, along with bringing out any rattles your car has, and anything loose that can make noise. selecting softer suspension probably wont give you the effect you desire. it will also demand an increase in ride height.
