gettin a newer g

I currently have an 04 coupe and am thinking about trading it in for a newer like 07 maybe and 08 g37 depending on prices of course. My question is I have rims on my 04 and want to know if the lug pattern is the same for the newer models and also the offset as I dont want to get rims. Also is the 08 that much better than the 07. Hope this was the right place to put this. Thanks

Lug pattern is the same but offsets might be a little different.

The 07 coupe isn't a 37 it's still a 35 with a DE engine. Not sure what you're asking.

Are you going to another coupe? If so, the g37 (2008) is a lot quicker but the offsets are higher. The 07 will be exactly the same as your 04 (aside from the rev up engine, but it's still the same engine)

What are the widths and offsets of your wheels?

yeah I know the 07 is still g35 just wondering if its worth changing to 07 or just do an 08 main reason want a newer is so I have a warranty as when I bought my car it had a warranty but the company went out of business. Thats a whole different story. Not sure on the rims as they came with the car think the rears 20x10 and fronts 20x8.5 or 9 not sure. They are 275 in the rear and 255 up front. They sit flush with fenders. and yeah I want to stay with the coupe love the car.
What do you mean the offsets are higher for 08 4dgs. Thanks for help

I suggest making the jump to a G37 then.

The G37 uses a higher offset to be flush then the first gen G does. Lets say your offset on those wheels is +22 and they sit pretty flush, you would need a higher offset to get that kind of flushness, if you put the +22 on the G37 it will poke a little and you might have to run smaller tires.

Find out the offset though and I can give you a better idea, do you plan on dropping the new car? (are you dropped now)

Dude, I'm an inch off the ground and live in Canada!

Find out the exact offset and I'll tell you if they'll fit the 37.
