DIY License Plate Install

Since I'm tryin to lay low from the one-time I'm keeping my car modded legally.

The city I work in has a bunch of douche cops that will give out no-front plate tickets like free food at a McDonalds special promotion day.

Since I don't have some of the original parts on my car, I decided to take another route.

Let's start with the tools, now most might think you need a ratchet to tighten things...Simon says no. Y'all remember Simon Says from back in the day...you a loser if you don't follow what Simon says and you're out!

So for this project you'll need:

1. Your hands (only one pictured, make sure to use two)
2. Zip ties
3. Scissors

Next, put on the black plastic piece and use two bolts (yeah i guess those should go in the materials to use too, oh well..BUT, you can use the zipties if you really want so there, I'm showing you part deuce of this DIY.

And from the inside, find whatever you can to tighten, I used wing nuts....mmmmm wing nuts...

Wait not those ones, these:

Use your ghetto fabbing skills as indicated in the pics. You will use this to secure the license plate to the bracket, because the fvckers at Infiniti make you go through the hassle of having to buy extra bolts. I'm keeping my .02 to myself.

Now pull the zip ties.

And cut the excessive parts:

Be environmental friendly and throw away your trash:

Add custom decorations if you wish.

Drive off and don't worry about them ghetto birds or pork busters ever again.

The cops can still pull you over for the visual obstruction on your front windshield. Nothing below the little marks in the sides toward the top.

I'm pretty sure there's a few other violations with that thing. The license plate was just the easiest for the cops to point out.

Keep de-ghetoofy'ing and you can truly not worry about cops.

Why be ghetto...cos I don't really care. I don't even care if I scrape my OEM bumper. It's nice not having to worry about damaging the bumper. I'm putting oem wheels back on, removed my front curtains, and going to go back to normal camber. Soon enough i'm swapping out my test pipes for oem cats.

As for the stickers, they're all legal except for the one on the side. They gave me a citation for it and not the lower one, they said that was okay. The side one is retarded because people have thier bulky ass GPS thing and that's ok. It doesn't even obstruct the view.

What have I accomplished? Putting a license plate on my front bumper. IMHO, what's the need? Why is there a law for it? To me it's a distraction for a cop. If they're in front trying to read your plates, they're not paying attention to the road and a split second is enough for an accident and they surely can't read it on the opposite side of the road. Some laws are really stupid, yet we still have them. Why? Because it makes the government money.

The first thing the cops point out are my wheels, only some have pulled me over for it and one gave me a citation, because he was a true idiot. When you tell a cop your tires rub going up a driveway at an angle and he said the road is not flat so you must rub all the time, you really gotta wonder what the intelligence of some of these cops are. And what's worse it's going to cost me a point on my record. Fvck that, I'm fighting it.

If I REALLY wanted to be ghetto I'd have used dental floss or something and not even used the black bracket thing. But it has to be securely mounted and it is in fact securely mounted.
