white calipers
I like this terminology some members use "Played Out."
Colors are played out or wheels are played out, if you make it your own nothing's played out! What ever you do is a matter of personel taste, if white calipers are your "Thing" go for it. I'm sure at this weekends meet at Huntington beach we'll see everything, some great and others....well not so. I'm not worried I have great taste!

Just a tip for you.
Dont powder coat anything white. Especially if its near something hot. It turns into a brownish/yellowish white. It'll fade faster if its near something hot esp. the brake calipers.
