Dont order from Vivid Racing
I ordered some new Stillen Sways about a week ago. I saw that they were $245 + shipping. Figured that was the best deal around so I ordered. I never got a tracking number so I called today. They canceled my order because their website was wrong and they werent going to sell them to me at that price. I never got a call asking if I wanted to pay the $20 difference, and they never contacted me to let me know that I shouldnt be expecting my sway bars. I asked them on the phone how I was supposed to find out that they canceled my order and the guy on the other line laughed. They also didnt refund my money until I called. They "must have missed it" so they say....
Anyways. Just letting you all know about my experience and would advise you NOT to order from them.

I just wanted to jump in here and appologize to the op. If there was a mistake on your online order it should not have been handled that way. Pricing issues do happen and the customer has to be notified before a change is made to order (processed/cancelled). If you are still in need of sway bars give me a call and I will get you taken care of personally.

I also had a trying experience ordering from Vivid. You might want to take a look at your boy Sean McGill's job performance. I called Vivid to order 4 Enkei RS05 wheels in SBC. Sean said he'd check to see if he could get them and get back to me. Two weeks went by and no word, email. So, I found the wheels on another site and called to order...Lo and behold it was my old friend Sean I had called Vivids other site not knowing it was Vivid. This time he said he could get them. Well over the period of the next couple of months after long periods of hearing nothing. I contacted another email address at Vivid and got Nikki Jansen. She gave me a prompt informative reply. From then on I contacted her. In the end I contacted Sean to check on my wheels, he said he'd check with Enkei. Well that same day the wheels arrived direct from Enkei. He didn't know they had them. Upon inspection the RS05s i received were +40 and I had ordered +35. I called Sean and he said my wheels had probably been delivered to someone else he'd check. Well i got tired of the hastle and keep the +40's and used them with spacers. I was also supposed to receive a free set of hubcentric rings which of course I never got...had to buy them elsewhere. I would never purchase from Vivid again not when there are so many vendors that offer prompt service and keep you informed of your purchase.

Hearing all this negative feedback why would you take a chance ordering anything from Vivid? This kind of publicity, surely cost them far more the the original $20. If a new member's smart enough to try our SEARCH under Vivid all they're going to see in negative feedback!
