Intake, exhaust, wheels that's it honey if we buy this car that is all it needs. Now I have modded virtually every moving part on the car.

I've always said the opposite... stock vehicles suck!!! Every vehicle I ever own will be modified.

^ That's pretty much how I think now, too. I don't think I'd be able to leave any of my future car's stock.

I now buy cars to rebuild. Modding is the whole reason I drive when it comes down to it. I have been riding a bike the last few months just so I can build my new car

when the 1st gens came out, i remember seeing a black, modded sedan, wheels, drop, exhaust and i thought, 'damn, that looks sick!' a few years later i picked up my 04' and thought it was perfect but always felt it could use some wheels to match the factory nismo aero kit. so, i got wheels. then the oem exhaust looked so ugly and dirty. 'i should get a nicer looking exhaust to go w/ the shiny wheels...' intake went in somewhere in between. then i started frequenting this site and saw the limitless possibilities to modding. damn you driver!!

Yeah, I bought my 05 Coupe with 21k on it about two years ago to be use as a "Daily Driver" car. Instead, I started adding mods to the G and had to buy a Corolla for my DD. LoL

I've been checking this site ever since I got my car.

I have a ton of things I want to do:
  • Spacer
  • Alcantara Headliner
  • Brake Upgrade (Brembos?)
  • Cooling Upgrades (Oil, Trans)
  • 06 Headlights
  • Chassis Bracing

So that's like, what? 2500 above in parts? Jeez...

I'm about to lose my job so the modding (at least the $$$ stuff) will be cut back.

All I planned on doing was wheels and a drop when I bought this bish in 2003. Somewhere along the way I spent waaaaaaaaay too much money and now I have a fully built monster. Building this car has be equally the most rewarding and most stupid thing I have ever done...its a love hate relationship haha!

Haha! This is my 4th car and its the least closest to stock than my previous 3. It all started with a K&N panel filter and a Nifty Shifty Boot, and before I Knew it I had a Motordyne intake and I'm trying to wrap up the OEM 350z HR exhaust on my sedan.

One of the reasons I bought this car is cause I wanted to be able to mod it! Prior to getting the G I didn't know anything about cars. While doing research for my next car I stumbled across this forum, after seeing some pictures it was a done deal. I had to get one! I never thought I would learn this much about cars and meet the people I have met. I am definitely grateful for some of new friends I have now due to this car!!

I planned on modding way before I ever bought- rims and tint. As I stayed on this site I learned about performance mods for cheap and added a plenum spacer, z-tube.

Yeah, I have said, "I never plan on modding this car". Still haven't modded and won't mod this car. Completely stock. I have put on aftermarket brake pads and rotors since the OEM pads and rotors had the recall, but i don't count that as modding, since it is for practicality, not preference.
