Exclamation A/C help!

My ac takes a while to cool down, but when it does I feel like it has more potential. I recently had a new ac compressor replaced, radiator, radiator fans and heat wrapped the ac lines. Also had checked for leaks. I have black interior and painted black roof (but I really don't think that makes much of a difference)
what should I do? does the freon brand matter?

thanks,
luis.

hows your condenser looking? are the blades all bent? did you make sure your refrigerant charge was at max?

also it could depend on how hot it is outside. the a/c can only cool the air so much. if its 100 degrees outside you can't expect it to cool down the air to 65
