Another probably silly question

Recently bought a 06 G35 sedan.
It seems that the part of the seat belt with the buckle on it must have
somehow disappeared to under the bottom seat cushion.....the belt for
a passenger in the left rear seat position. The seat back does not seem
to fold down.......so then, how does one remove the bottom cushion to
look for the missing item? Thanks for any advice. Bob from Joplin, newbie.

question silly probably answer:

my coupe has a discreet looking botton on the top of the rear seat cushions you push to drop rear seats, you can have your kid/girlfriend squeeze their hand in between the cushions to retrieve the belt holster as well..

i gathered from reading the operator manual that coupe rear seat
backs fold down, and they mentioned that button. But the only
thing a sedan seems to have is that little hatch that is between
the seat backs and opens into the trunk.

We are going thru a city tomorrow that has an Infiniti dealership, and
plan to stop there to ask about seat removal. Hopefully they will
simply tell me what I need to do.

They were pretty nice and helpful on our first visit recently to get
and new key and clicker......charged us a bit over $300 for those
items.
