Test Pipes and plenum spacer saving mpg?

When you say everything may I ask what everything is?

Weight will help but marginally, racing seats would hardly be worth it unless you didn't mind losing your side airbags and also wanted racing seats. Removing your spare and stuff like that could remove a decent amount of weight but then you don't have a spare on hand...
You can make minor changes to get a bit more gas mileage but you really aren't going to get much more doing weight reduction or other mods, this car simply isn't designed for that purpose. If it truly is this big of a deal to you, you may actually want to consider getting a beater car or trading cars.

Not this guy again...
I lost count after awhile and I don't have that thing saved on this computer anymore.
Edit: Nevermind, a simple search yielded me the list. Apparently, I missed one back in April, but no worries! I can easily add it to the ever growing list of threads.

Keep your car empty of non-essential items, keep your tires properly inflated, keep your windows up even in hot weather (A/C is more efficient than windows down), don't accelerate or decelerate quickly, and use cruise control on the highways.
BTW, putting 18's on your car makes it heavier, not lighter. Unless you plan on buying forged wheels, larger cast wheels weigh more than smaller ones. And no, the difference is not made up because 18" tires have less rubber in them than 17's. Metal is heavier than rubber. That's why serious drag racers here run with 15's or 16's. And if you're buying forged wheels to save money on gas, well, perhaps a basic course in economics is in order.
the more aggressive the sound the car makes, the less fuel efficient the car will be. Why, cause you'll want to mash the pedal all the time. That, my friend will be the cause of less efficiency with the mods you are putting on. I've been there and i didn't even have test pipes.... just plenum and hks muffler.
