Help needed!

Hey everyone. I'm in the process of putting some 350z H-Techs on my G35 coupe. For the fronts, I pulled the struts out myself, and had the shop down the road from me change the springs over. Problem is, they put the strut plate on backwards for the passenger side. Of course by the time I was able to get to that side, the shop was already closed. Is there a way to spin the plate around without having to take it off? I don't have spring compressors, so I don't know if it's possible without them. I'm hoping I don't have to leave my car up on a jack all weekend! Thanks!

You can rent spring compressors at AutoZone too. Once you have a pair of those, it's not too difficult if you can loosen the top nut.

Not necessarily^^

Use a gooseneck 17mm wrench to put on the nut at the top of the strut, grab the flat part of the shaft with a pair of vice grips, position them 180 degrees apart, and stand on both putting force in opposite directions. I've done numerous suspension swaps and this method works every time.
