^The main reason was to rebuild the turbos, then did a bunch of other things while it was apart.

 

Slowly coming together. Finished running all of the wiring, the front end is mostly put back together and got all of the piping installed.



I'll find out if it will run once the suspension is back on.

 

Yesterday I installed the Motordyne 5/16 ISO spacer and today I washed it. Now it's go time.

 

I replaced my courtesy door housing with an Infiniti logo projector housing. Very pleased with the results . Minus the direction its projected but I'll try to fix that later

I DID THIS EXACT SAME MOD!!

I bought the exact same projectors about a month ago but they did not fit into the original housing beneath the door. I didn't have to take the door apart like you did but I did take apart the old courtesy light and soldered the old pins into the new projectors. Then I had to chop off the original clips to get the thing to fit.

I think it was originally intended for the newer Infiniti's but I got mine to work and I LOVE IT!!

Oh yea and mine was facing that same direction as well but that was an easy fix.

 

As for what I've done to the G....

Installed N1 front lip.

Plasti dipped the entire car a custom pearlesent blue.

Installed clear corners (Finally!!).

Installed Infiniti logo door projectors.

Installed coupe mid pipe with Magnaflow axle back (HR Y pipe & HFC's soon to come).

Plasti dipped the Vossen's and mounted them for the season.

Then did a photo shoot with my buddy!!

















I am very aware that it needs to be lowered and it will be dropped onto coils.

Vossen... because I fell in love with them last year when I bought them, I'd change it up but it wouldn't be worth it.

Plasti dip... something easily changeable and almost impossible to mess up applying it on your own.

LED fogs I assume your asking... because I felt they went well with where they were mounted. If I had an 05-06 bumper the LED's wouldn't have been mounted. Plus it was a new product from a local place so I figured why not try them out and they are fantastic!

Cemetery... because the photographer suggested it would be an epic place to shoot since it was a foggy rainy day. He was doing this for free so he pretty much called the shots. We did 2 other places as well if you really wanna know.

AND YES they are retrofitted quad xenon HID's with 55w ballasts with all 4 projectors acting as low and high beam. They also have colour changing halo's that work off a remote that can change to any colour desired. When the car is off there are red LED's inside the projectors that "glow" red to give an "evil" look.

I'll post a video of the Halo's if you really want.
