mostly a Honda/acura thing from what I've seen but some trucks do it with really long ones, I like how it came out understated with the black lugs blending in with the black wheels

They turned out alot more blue then I expected. I'm sure I'll get pulled over.....then it's back to white lol.

I looked at the DE kits but I don't trust myself taking the lights apart and resealing them. I'm jealous....when are you installing them?

Likely when I get back to Cincinnati in a couple of weeks. I need to replace the steering rack, so I bought bulbs to replace at the same time.

I will have the wheels off, so why not work on the headlights too?

I don't really want to ride motorcycles for a while after I get back from my trip. just want to wrench on the car and drive again is gonna be great.

Nice. I did a halo kit for my 350 and one of them didn't seal right so it kept getting water in it. I vowed never to take apart my light again. Good luck, the kits seem pretty straight forward.

I had an FZ6 when I rode. What kinda bike you got?

Currently riding the Kawasaki Versys 650 for the big road trip.

FZ-6 is a cool bike. A tank of an engine, de-tuned from the R6 for street power and longevity.

I always replace butyl sealant when doing headlight repairs and modifications. This keeps the moisture from getting in.

The difficulty with this install will be avoiding the factory shroud. But this shouldn't be a problem because the Diode Dynamics RGBW led is quite small and is wide.

I have the silver trimmed interior with black thinking of either paint or wrap. In the pics what is wrapped and what is painted.

It's looks somewhat tricky to wrap the center console as I'm not an expert. Did you paint match the 3M with the paint you used?

he wrapped the center console, door pulls and window switches in satin dark gray vinyl, he wraps for a living so it's easy for him but yes it is tricky to wrap interior parts if you have no experience

Ok I guess I misunderstood the context. 3M has Satin Dark Gray vinyl wrap in their 1089 scotchbright and when he said he wrapped his car in 3M I figured he was talking about their Vinyl. Down South when we say wrap, it's means vinyl.
