What did you do to the G today?
That's all your going to see if we race
haha but yeah definitely never said the rear diffuser was perfect (it protrudes a little more than usual) but I always wanted the pearl white/black diffuser combo and this is the closest I could get to that stock while keeping the G35/350Z chassis. Tbh I prefer both those cars over the 370Z/G37 mainly due to looks
And it was impossible to get a low mileage clean title 350Z without getting a Nismo so don't judge me
The suspension/brembos were a major selling point
No ragretz don't miss my G one bit

But anyway....congrats on the new ride!!
Haha I was JK but thanks. The suspension is tuned by Autech and is supposedly real solid, even more than the 370z nismo... I just hated the looks of 370z with the angled headlights/tails & weird "hunched" stance. Don't get me wrong I really miss walking outside and seeing the side profile of the IP G35 coupe with 19" Rays, its so beautiful. As well as the rear tail lights, spoiler, and bumper. And the stock exhaust setup (stock exhaust + stock intake = )
I still stare when I see stanced G's with custom body kits. Not firing shots since this still is one of the most gorgeous cars.
But it is time for me to try a manual and with this car I felt why not. The whole world is coming to an end anyways + Nismo FTW
Thanks bro and much love for the G community, if my car was a 6MT I most probably would've kept it but I have already gone through 2 of these cars and feel it is time for a change. One day when I get sick of manual I will have a Nissan GTR that is my life goal right there pretty much

The 2015+ Nismo 370Z has a better looking front fascia but a worse looking rear. The best combo would be a 2009-2014 Nismo rear with a 2015+ Nismo front. The only thing that I REALLY like on the 370Z that wasn't available on the 350Z is the synchro-rev matching. It takes a little bit to get used to not blipping the throttle on downshifts but it was pretty freaking awesome.
Ohh and right out of the box it sounded like pure sex.

Tbh I like the newer low profile spoilers on the 370z nismo but the 350z nismo is ultimately more rare and track ready so I feel like I made the right choice. I prefer the interior too and the pedals are the same as my last G35 so thats a plus
To each their own

Yeah I sat in a 370z before and the visibility was really bad, never driven one. The quarter windows are so tiny I know thats such a small point but aesthetics is key to me. And the line separating hatch and quarter panel looks cleaner to me on a 350z as well for some reason. Either car is a great choice, can't wait so learn stick on this car! Hate to say it but due to the Corona I will have no shortage of finding empty parking lots nearby

Idler pulley delete and a wash
Bolts out, fluid drained, ready to drop transmission... my first time doing this on jack stands with the G. The secondary catalyst in one of my cats came loose after the O2 sensor, any clever tricks to keep in in place? I'm thinking about putting a screw through the cat housing to wedge it in place and sealing it with some JB Weld high temp.
