G35 Glass Headlight ?
Does anyone know if the make headlights for the G35 in glass instead of the plastic lenses that haze up? Someone told me they did but I can't find any. Can someone post a link if you know where to buy any? Thanks

hmmm... why is everyone hating on the OP?
back in the day.. most, if not all, headlights were made of glass..
they don't crack easily and they definitely don't haze...
I kinda miss them too.. i think companies went plastic because it was cheaper.

But really, its a horrible idea and no one will make them. One rock and they're smashed. Plastic is easy to restore, but don't use toothpaste. You need something more abrasive and you also need a UV resistant protective coating on after or you'll be seeing haze and yellow in months. HID burners give off UV radiation, especially if you have ricey aftermarket purple/blue bulbs.
The 3M kit works great, I've used it on lights that were 12 years old and they came out perfect. The reason they switched from glass to plastic was not for cost, that's just an added benefit for the manufacturers.

ok everyone's argument is glass breaks... which is true... BUT so does plastic? plastic is easier to scratch and crack.. compared to THICK glass head lights.. i mean sure they will break if you hit an object, but so does half your front end
my opinion is it is just purely because of cost that is why majority of the cars headlights or tail lights now are made of plastic
