installed the rear 350z stechs about to do the fronts right now
ok well i just ran into a problem with the driver side that i didnt on the other... got the new spring on and when i go to put it back on ill put it in the top 3 holes but then the lower mount on the shock is at a different angle to the mount on the lower arm...and twisting it in to place doesnt work.. do i gotta loosen up the top bolt again and twist back maybe? idk kinda stumped...
You can't install springs and expect to see a difference until you drive it around the block once or twice or set over night then driven! With the Tein350Z S-Techs there shouldn't be more than a half inch gap over the top of your rear tires and even less in front. Before you jump on the spring mount mod let it sit for a couple days and consider the height of your exhaust tips when backing into parking spaces where curbs are involved....Gary
good deal gary ill wait on it, just finished the fronts...firgured out the problem i had..the fronts definitely sit lower then the rear.. i drive it around for a few days.. im sure my dirt road will help a lil faster.. anyway thanks for all the info on this..pix uploading right now ill post in a few min

just went and drove the car around down...filled up my tank and the rear settled a lil more...i cant def tell the car is lower then it was cause im scraping on stuff i never used to scrape on b4...i am suprised i thought the alignment would be off a lot more then it is but it still drives straight...the camber isnt bad but it is there.. gonna be getting the rear camber kit soon, i noticed SPC has 2 rear kits the reg and the extreme.. what one is better to get? im guessing i dont "need" the extreme?
b4 i cut the spring mount..

heres a pic of the rear after the spring mount

stock 18" rims and tires to.. i noticed most others on here with the 350z springs have 19s or 20s and that puts the tire well into the wheel well soo would make it look a lil lower im guessing.. it seems a lot lower then what it was stock to me now, its definitely not slammed but it scrapes on **** it didnt used to before lol soo its low enough... if i ever want to go lower one day id have to bag it just so i could lift it up if needed..
