F*ck thieves!!!

This happened sometime last week, while I was about to walk up to my daily car on a tuesday morning; this what I witnessed...

[IMG][/IMG]

Damages: driver side mirror, center console along with all the buttons for the climate control, frame housing for my alpine DVD deck, rips on the seat, and paint chipping in the outside pilar. This guy obviously is an amateur in jacking ppl's sh*t, everything was popped open (glove box, center bezel etc.) looking for a way to take the DVD deck out but failed.

The car is now currently at the body shop for repairs, and insurance will be sending me a new alpine deck even though my current unit is still perfectly functional

That sucks man... Did they steal your shifter too? On a side note, nice IP MT coupe with black interior!

One of the reasons why I was glad that the head unit install for these cars is such a PITA. The idiot made more of a mess than anything. Still walking out to this in the morning would have made me crazy. Good luck with it all bro...

Sorry to see this! Most thieves aren't brilliant or they'd be in a different line of work! Since you don't keep that way cool IP coupe in a garage, get an alarm so this doesn't happen again. One with a halo so when they get close and look in the windows it starts chirping to let them know you're protected.

He might have if he wasn't busy watching some kids eat some popsicles on their way to school.

This sucks, and I'd be in rage mode if I walked out to that in the morning. Are ya going through insurance or repairing it yourself?

My roommate heard an alarm going off around 1am-ish but he wasn't sure if it was my car.

Insurance is already taking care of it. On a good note they're replacing most of the damaged parts plus a new system even though my old one is still functional. Whooo
