Only places around here that sell pure gasoline is a boat marina... too bad its $5/gallon+. Everything around me in Chicago is upto 10% ethanol, even in 93 octane. Although I've filled up at a station in Wisconsin that sold 100% gasoline or E0, they proudly advertised it too. But 1 tank wasn't enough time to tell a differnece vs. E10. I'm glad they shot down bumping gasoline blends to E15, bad news for alot of older cars and ethanol has never been good for small engines.

Ethanol is a scam, don't get me started.

I've used all octane levels in my 03 sedan and honestly don't notice a difference. I usually do 89 for peace of mind but for daily driving, I'm not sure it matters.
