I need help fixing my g35x!

I own a 2006 g35x 4 door. I just bought it out right a few months ago. Recently someone ran a red light and clipped my back right passenger wheel then decided to run off. The damage is mostly cosmetic but the arm snapped. I live in the South so there aren't many g35x salvage cars around. If I buy a 2006 g35 sedan salvaged that has only been wrecked in the front, would it able to replace the back right corner panel, deck lid, etc? Would it fit correctly?

It might be a stupid question, but really don't know. And I need a solution soon.

It's not a stupid question but you might get more insight by checking with a few body shops

Yes. The body is the same between the 2005-2006 G35 sedan. Only the front bumper is different

Mechanically, the AWD and RWD are the same from the rear driveshaft back....other than different shocks/springs, sway bars, etc. But the control arms are the same
