I will make sure to update this post with what happens to the car, and what fixes the car (assuming it gets fixed).

The car is currently at a shop (not a dealership) and is going to be dealt with by a professional.

I guess a factory trained terchnican at a Infiniti dealership in your mind is less qualified than a Jiffy Lube professional?

Its only been three months. Have you been paying insurance on this vehicle all this time

Just because somebody has a qualification doesn't mean they're a good mechanic and just because they don't have a qualification doesn't mean they're incompetent...
