Drifting Automatic?

Hello again, so last night I was on google maps and came across a fat parking lot the size of a football field. I currently own a 04 g35 coupe auto transmission.(before y’all bash me for having an automatic, it’s all I could afford.) I really wanna drift in safer areas instead of street racing so I wanna know if I can actually drift an automatic g35 and if not what if I put it in the manual mode it comes with? I mean isn’t it pretty much just like a manual trans but without having to go through the hassle of raping the clutch with your foot? Oh also is there a way for me to turn off that annoying *** ABS **** without having to dig in for wires and all that bullshit?

You wont be able to break loose in an automatic. Also you have an open differential. You should do go kart drifting instead. The g35 handles well on curvy roads. You can put on some really bad tires in the rear for no traction. But if it's a daily it's not worth it. Drive safe....

Its not a full open differential....its a limited slip. U can definitely break the rear loose around corners in manual mode. Its more of a powerslide than a drift though. Crappy rear tires will help.

Downshift and floor it to break the rear tires loose.
