Crankshaft position sensor connector wiring

Crankshaft position sensor connector wiring

hello folks,
i am replacing my Crank position Sensor connector, i see a red, green and yellow wires, can someone tell me which one is for pin one, two, and three in the connector (orientation of the connector: push tab is on top and the notch is in bottom)

ps...is there an FSM that i can dl for free?

Yes, you can get the FSM at nicoclub.com. Download all chapters/sections into one folder. Start with the FWD file; it is the table of contents. Clicking any chapter title will automagically take you to the section you want.

folks, need help, i am in need of a Crank Sensor for the HR engine, but i am getting conflicting information on what to get.....,is the Crank sensor for HR the rectangular with O-rings or rectangular without O-rings?
or is it the cylindrical/round one?

The HR, VHR, and the new VR30DDTT all use the same crank sensor, Nissan part number 23731-JA10C, OEM manufacturer was Denso part number 196-4009

It does not have o-rings, just a groove with a tapered end.

EDIT: Only get a Genuine Nissan Parts, or Denso sensor. Don't use any aftermarket brands.
