2005 g35 sedan 6MT

Weird rattling noise, please help!

Car started making it today. Sounds like it’s around the transmission/driveshaft area. It makes it when it’s nuetral, driving, or has clutch in.

More than likely it's loose heat shields around the exhaust. If not may be a bad throw out bearing
