Massive PSA For High Capacity Oil Pan

Hi everyone wanted to make a PSA for anyone considering buying this large capacity, oil pan. This one was purchased off eBay through a highly rated seller and although it is sold under many different brands it is a replica of the long discontinued APS oil pan for their Twin turbo kit. It had high ratings on eBay, and is also not the only place where this is sold so keep an eye out. I am going to preface this by saying it could be an isolated incident, but I highly doubt it. in the pictures attached you can see casting sand in the oil pan. I had to manually remove about 50 grams of this material from the high corners behind the oil return ports. I only found this because I was curious and put a bore scope in there and was shocked. This could easily clog the pick up and starve your engine of oil. Also at the time of writing I am doing a leak test on it.
