This is the worst. My phone keeps falling out of my pocket into this area.

Also I hate that I'm not that low and I keep scraping stuff.

I hate that the door always closing by itself when I want it to stay open. I hate how weird my gas gauge is, I feel like it's not reading accurately lol (sometimes when I pump it full the needle doesn't hit F). I also kinda hate that when I put the car in Reverse there's that jerk.

Hmm, very interesting. I'll definitely look into this. Thanks.

Actually my friend with an '06 G35x recently just started experiencing the jerk/clunking noise when he puts the car into reverse from park. But from any other gear to reverse it shifts fine, it's only from park. I highly doubt this is normal, were you able to figure out what is wrong?

Does the reverse to park have anything to do with the idle speed being too high. It seems that the 1st Gens like to lose their idle speed setting on a regular basis and even a couple of hundred RPMs higher will cause a slight jerk when going from P to R.

What I hate the most is that my car is almost 10 years old and I am finding it hard to talk myself into getting rid of it because there is literally nothing wrong and it runs perfectly and needs almost nothing in the way of maintenance.

Ditto.

Sat down to negotiate on a '12 G37x. Started looking at that monthly payment option and decided I couldn't do it. It's not that i couldn't afford it. But i thought the same thing you did. Nothng wrong with the car, needs nothing, starts when I need it to, paid off....why get rid of it?

hmmm I'll have to diagnose his car a little bit more and see. It was a quick show and tell since we were both in a hurry. I'll report back!

I can't stand the seat design in the coupe. Leather tightly wrapped around sharp plastic. It tears and you'll find the foam under the seat. Looks like crap and you lose support.
