is there a window warranty that tints can void? my dealer says they wont do work to my driverside window cause of my tints, the passenger window is fine, but the dealer did work on the driverside window motor, i think they changed it and now the window is acting up again..

 

Tell them BS! They have to prove that the mod caused the failure to void warranty on the part. Good luck for them proving that window tint killed the window motor...

My window is doing some whistling when I put it up and down now. I am hoping it is just the cold weather and not a precurser for motor problems to come.

 

nah its not whistling, the driver side window is going down rough, even before i got tints, my dealer replaced my window motor because the same thing was happening, i guess the same thing is going on now and they are trying to blame it on the tints..
