when I was a kid we had a neighbor with an old truck always parked near our house. One day me and my cousin were playing right next to it and decided to open the hood and open the radiator cap and poured some sand in the radiator ( around 1 cup) we didn't know what we were doing and all we knew that it was funny. Needless to say my neighbor went to my grand father and complained, my Grandfather beat the crap out of us the entire day

Sometimes kid doesn't know what they are doing. But that doesn't mean you can't beat the crap out of them

They never owned up to it and probably hoped I would never notice. I know it was the kid because the neon green paint streak matched the neon hand brake. Ha!!!!! Keeping the tires flat, I love it!

Vixen: Anyway, 8 year olds can be yelled at. You should have screamed at them. I have an 8 year old and believe me, the lesson you would have given would have outweighed any short term trauma.

If the damage is considerable (say over $500), you may have to take legal action.
What a tool...^

You can't sue your man's little brothers baby sitter! But you can make him pay for it if it's crazy like that, which I doubt. Just make him get the car detailed really well! IT"S JUST A CAR...LOL

I did any way because i saw the babysitter out there watching and i thought shed be courtious enough to say something to them if they got near it while playing. So an hour or so later were leaving to eat and when i walked outside the ****ING kids are climbing ON MY car. YEAHHH climbing as if it were a playground or something????
And the baby sitter is sitting watching as all of this happend. I didnt wanna scream at them because they are eight years old. and i knew a bunch of bad words were about to come out of my mouth so all i said was can you please ask them to not do that ??? and he did. So we come back from dinner and i see paper and pens and **** on the hood of my car ... like it was a table this time ??? ... i screamed at my boyfriend cus they werent out there any more telling him to SCREAM at his little brother.
and heres why im mad. Despite the foot prints from there DIRTY little SHOES ... there are 3 new scratches on my hood and near the sunroof.

I dont understand what has happend to kids these days. when i was that age i would have never thought of climbing on someones car. EVEN getting near a car that nice. They have no respect for anything. Now i have to pay to get my car touched up
my poooor baby.
Wait...you drive a G and you date a guy who still lives with his parent?.... Must be rich parents....please don't be offended by my comment.

Anyway you should b*tch slap the bf for not doing anything until you said something.

It was an accident but I made him wait until the owner came back then apologized to her. She was so taken back that someone would wait to inform her of the accident that she said not to worry about it and thanked him for apologizing.
See! and that is how you do that! thumbs up to you

Hope you can get that resolved
ya, definately! im in high school and I treat everyones car with respect but there are many people who couldn't care less if the football or whatever they're playing with hits another car. I really hope those kind of people fail in life because of their inconsideracies. They give people like me a bad name.
