Gee, I see your point, but there was absolutely NO need to turn George's thread into a pi$$ing contest. You made your point already, cut it out like a grown up man instead of acting like the forum policeman and making false assumptions. I am against racing around on public boards where the driver exposes anyone but themselves to danger, but it's obvious you have no clue about the roads in Homestead, or you would know that 'farm country' is a rather well-fitting description of what's there. Don't make it sound like he was on a residential street with houses on both sides and kids running around.

And contrary to another assumption of yours, George is a super cool, down-to-earth guy and he's the last person to have a 'look at me attitude'. Why react as if he was the first person ever to post pictures and videos of their car? One of a handful fully-built ones on this forum, no less? How many 18-year-olds has this forum witnessed that have posted vids of high speed fly-by's to 'show off' their exhaust or intake? Can't we just get along?

 

I loved the car and the run down the streets. I think he could have gone a little faster though. He knew what he was doing, get off his ****.

80-90mph on the highway is normal in Florida. I use to live in Tampa and everyone does 65-70 on a 45 limit like cops dont exist( even though theres tons of speed traps). On highways , I feel like a senior citizen.

But people drive drunk and taking others and thier own lives everyday. So theres no telling. Let the man do his thing, seems like he planned it and knew what he was going to do. We all did these crazy thing at one point in our driving lifetime. And everytime you get inside a vehicle , you are taking a risk. Regardless if your driving down the block and back. When its time to go, you will go.

This is exactly why i didnt want to post the story of what initial "thoughts" of my accident where.

Nothing has been even evaluated yet. I havent even seen a police report yet, just going by what the skid marks looked like.

I have no idea what happend. I considered my self a safe driver, i never went driving around on the streets at crazy speeds. All i did was drive to my friends house, and i just woke up in the hospital. I have no clue what happend or why it did.

Its very possible, that i saw somthing in the street, and attempted to avoid it. Also, the back of my car had black paint on it. This black paint, could of indicated there was another car (black) invloved. The police believe it could of been started by a hit an run.

I didnt feel like writting important evidence on a public forum, even before my lawyers take a look at this case.

In any event, dont argue about this. G-man, i can assure you that you are a great driver. You just were going fast down a street and filmed it for the fun of a forum. Not a big deal, we all floor the car once and a while. If we didnt, we wouldnt have this car.....

Just be safe out there guys. You never know when shi_ts gona happen.
