couldn't you just reverse the battery around? just curious.

Yeah, i am really confused on what to do.... i don't want to replace the alternator, i Have 2 Monster digicap's 1 farad each.... and i need a deep cycle battery, but if i can i would like to start by only replacing the battery in the car.

Could someone that knows this electrical side of the car give me some specific suggestions, cause now i have no clue what to do!
