Completed a trip from FL to NJ

I recently completed a one way trip from Florida to Jersey in about 18 hours. On full 100% highway driving and cruise control, this car is amazing on gas. I got 27mpg (480 Miles on one tank). This car was very comfortable for the long trip, except for the right side of my thigh falling asleep due to the damn power seat controls. I have to drive back to florida in a few days, so I have to do it again. If you want the best out of MPG, use the cruise control as much as possible and you will be surprised what this car can do.

the G is definitely good with the seats on the long trip. I've made many5 -6 hour trips from home to school with it.

i did 1200 miles in 15 hours going from st louis to miami and then back. of course, i learned a couple things on the trip: cruise control maxes out at 92mph, 5th gear kicks in at 120mph, etc. for some reason my mpg wasnt as great heh. it was definitely a fun trip and tennessee was the most gorgeous state ive driven thru.

from what i've learned is the MPG is 27 when I cruised at 70 max and it was for 3 hours. So if you are going faster...it's not going to save much gas.

it was from binghamton to NJ..approx 200 miles. Ive made the 380 mile trip in 1 tank many times without cruise control. So I imagine I could potentially have more than a quarter tank if I did do cruise control. But also it would take me forever to get there.
