Angry my poor baby!leaky trunk.pics

Guy’s im so pissed... ever since my car got fixed at the body shop, my trunk leaks water. Here is the whole story...

My friend recommended me to Motor City Auto Pros in Newark, NJ....said that that work is phenomenal... He brought his car there to get fix....called me up to check out his car....beautiful job!!! Went down to drop off the car. The Back bumper, front bumper, rims, and side door was damaged...$4500 damage. It took them a month to get the job done, after calling ever week to check the status of the car.

Went to pick up the car...this is where it gets interesting!!!!!! Back bumper was done, side door was done, and the wheels. The front bumper was not touched and my side skirt was scratched. He told me he forgot to repaint the front bumper and he will take care of the scratch... ok no prob. Left the car there and told me to pick it up in 2 days.

2 day has past and now its time to pick the car up...He pulls the car up and the bumper looks great!!!!!but he painted over a dent right in the front of my bumper... unbelievable....he told me to take the car for the week and bring it back on Monday to repaint the front bumper...plus I will give you my own car to use. Fare enough!!!

Take the car home and find:
1. The side skirt is falling off because he broke all the clips
2. Painted over a dent on my front bumper
3. My lock for the my gas tank don't work because he melted the wires
4. My back window was taken off and was not aliened...
5. No weather striping for the back window
6. My trunk is not aliened and is off center
7. My interior was a mess

Took it back to fix all of the above... Got it back and looked great after all the complaining I did.... it has been about 2 months and my trunk is leaking water!!!! I took my whole car apart last night to see where the water is coming from...upper right side of my trunk. What would be the best way to patch this up when I find exactly where the leak is? The reason I don't want to bring it back is because I don't want them to touch the car. This is what my car looks like inside.... and I have to go to infiniti to pick up all the broken clips that they broke. I’m so PISSED Help!!! What would you do?????

Is it an option to somehow get them to pay for repairs, however having a DIFFERENT shop actually do the repairs? Thats the angle I would go with. Get them to admit its their fault, then complain to the highest person available to get them to pay for the repairs at another shop... Sounds like it is still going to be a tough battle though.

Sounds like it's time to see Judge Milian at The People's Court.

report to BBB and file a law-suit? Get your money back and go else where.

Sorry about your car.. I would be super pissed and try to find any possible way to nail down those bast*ards as in financially... and get myself a brand new set of rims, =)

I'd contact the BBB and see what steps they'd want you to take.
