Trust me, get 350Z H-Techs

They are a linear spring which are far better in the handling department rather than progressive springs ( S-Techs) , and these springs will safely drop your ride without massive camber issues. You'll be able to get your camber real close to factory spec with 350Z H-Techs.

The only problem with the 350Z H Techs is that they only lower your ride about half an inch all around. I had S Techs on my 05 G and had no compliants but it is definitely a softer spring rate. I just got some Tanabe DF210's and they are awesome. Much stiffer spring rate and lowers your ride 1 1/4 in the front and 1 3/4 in the rear. Now I can't wait to get some sways and wheels.

Hows your camber tho? When you need new tires at like 15K and theyre loud as *****, you wont have dough for those sways or wheels

Your best source for spring and suspension information is right here; spring rates, expected drops etc.

haha!! Yeah camber is a bit off. More so than the S Techs. It's all good though. After my springs settle, Imma get my wheels and also do a camber kit to correct the negative camber. Sways are definitely in the mix very soon too. My stocks won't wear too badly cuz they will be off of the car within a couple of months.
