I'm debating on wether or not to do this since i found out from a recent post that in Cali it is illegal to do this to all windows. If you guys could please post pics so i could see how obvious it is on the windows.

I just got pulled over here in Florida for tint. They metered it and it was 2%. Just got a warning. The second cop that showed up with the meter was really cool and asked lots of questions about the car. Got lucky. Here in Florida 25% is the darkest u can go. When I get home I'll posts some picts if I can figure it out.

Well, here's a pic I snapped a while ago. Granted, it's 30%, but better than no pics at all

My friend has 22% and I thought it was too obvious, so that's why I went with 30%. (35% was too light imho)

What color car do you have? I have black and 50% on the front and 20% on the rear. I thought it would look cheesy, but it actually looks pretty hot. The guys told me the cops here will tint 35% and lower, so it was 50% or nothing. I'll post some pics when I get home. Yeah yeah, 20% all around would look way better, but the cops never hassle you and it still looks good. When I lived in the Bay Area I had 20% all around on my Z24 and only got bothered for it once.

I got 5% rears and 25% fronts, I don't really have any good day pics though. I'll try to take some after work or something.

I was told by an officer that the tint meters they have can only register the tint on windows that either roll down or swing out (on SUVs). With that said I got 5% on the rear quarter panel windows and the rear window and put 20% on the side windows.
