Re: any1 adjusted thier clutch height here?

I did it. One thing, I did lower it too much (6-7) turns and the engagement point was immediatly after i started lifting it which was fun, but I had a very hard time getting it in 1st gear, which led me to believe it wasn't disengaging the clutch enough to swap gears. I put it back about 3 turns and now it's perfect, even adjusted the cruise control saftey switch.

i tried it, man how the hell do you loosen that lock bolt???

there is no space to work on it there... i had a hard time turning the bolt because of the metal plate that was blocking it on the right side.

I did it, it was a pain in the *** to work in such little space. What you want to do is just grip the bolt and break it loose with a cresecent wrench. Its not on very tightly so you should not have a hardtime taking it out. I don't know how many turns I did but it did help the overall driving experience.

Re: any1 adjusted thier clutch height here?

The cruise adjustment was easier than the clutch. I did remove the dead pedal and the fuse box cover to get some more space to turn the wrench.

It is *so* much easier to drive the car now, this is a great mod.

Now if the gearbox would just cooperate and not be so damn notchy all the time.

I did it to my car and it's the feel that it should've had from the factory.

What is the "cruise control adjustment"? Also, are you adjusting your cluthces to engage at a higher or lower pedal height??

Re: any1 adjusted thier clutch height here?

I have no problem loosening the fork, just get a set of husky wrench...you dont have to take out the pin either.
