Things that bug you

First off let me just say that I love my G35. It is by far the best car that I have ever owned. Just curious to see if there is anything about the car that are missing or that should have been left out to make the car better.
This is a stupid complaint but one thing that kills me is that there is no change holder in the coupe! I know that it sounds OC, but it drives me nuts when I am trying to get correct change and have to scramble through the heap of coins in my ashtray! Anyone know where to get an auto change holder?

Open the console...I could swear that's a changeholder there. Either that or a lifesaver holder.

Change holder is only on the new 6MT console. Not sure about automatics.

The seatbelt is the biggest thing that bugs me.

The car looks mad cheap without the manual recline button. All my passengers go WTF when they see it has a lever, while everything else is automatic. GHETTO!

Water retention in the windows is the biggest PITA. Days after a downpour or wash, i roll down my windows and get nasty wet streaks when i roll them up.

I have a changed holder, how can you miss it? It doesn't hold that many coins but there exists one

I use my ashtray though for change since I'm a non-smoker. It can hold a whole lot more.

Re: Things that bug you

Things that bug me:

1. Seatbelt that tries to sever my neck all the time.
2. Still can't get very comfortable in these seats.
3. Sunglass holder not big enough - mine don't fit.
4. Manual seat recline that doesn't work with the automatic memory seats.
5. Clutch and brake pedals sit too high with too much travel.
6. Some of the radio buttons are silver, some are black - WTF?
7. A VDC off switch that doesn't really turn it off.
8. No reverse mirror tilt-down feature. With high doors and easy-to-scratch rims, this is a must have feature.
9. No touch screen for NAV. Joystick sucks.
10. When the trunk is open, NAV screen should read "Trunk Open" not "Door Open" Duh! Since when is a trunk a door?

Things I could live without:

- Heated seats. In SoCal, these are useless to me.

Still love the car though

Re: Things that bug you

I agree...number one complaint is no memory seatbacks. Number two is the seat belt. I'm constanly trying to adjust the seat to the most comfortable position due to both.

Re: Things that bug you

I hear a lot of complain about the seat. Have anyone actually put in a recaro seat in there coupe or sedan yet? If some did, please post picture. Thanks.

The seatbelt feels like it's gonna saw my head off.
Need more/better exterior colors.
Need a gray leather interior option.
Door panels scuff to easy.

Re: Things that bug you

Seatbelt is very uncomfortable constantly strangling the life out of me. What's up with the sunglass holder why even bother to put it in since nothing can fit in it. Suspension sucks I felt the car bottom out a couple of times that's why I had to change springs (Tein) after only 700 miles. I will get after market shocks to cmplete my setup. The rattles inside the car are starting to come out. Even on freeway driving my dash near the glove box is constantly shaking. Other than that I love my G.
