+1...I thought the same thing the first week I had my 05 Cpe 6mt...I heard it when I got home. Step on the clutch and see if it goes away. Then, release it and see if it comes back. Quick thing to try before taking it to the dealer.

I've noticed that almost every other G I've listened to has a noise that I would consider normal valve train/injector cycling noise.

I don't think I've ever owned a car that I couldn't hear a slight bit of noise from the valve train.

If your oil is full and the noise isn't very loud, I would say it's normal.

+1 on the injector noise. Sounds like valvetrain, noise but isn't.

Yeah the clutch plate is a noisy s.o.b When I got my G I thought I drove it to hard and then the dealer told me that the clutches in those cars are noisy anyways. My friend has a Z with a stage 3 clutch and it sounds like something is going to explode!

I swear man, with my 03 G I thought it was engine knock or something but then I realized it was just the clutch plate....you may very well be hearing the same exact thing.
